Asal KuThese terms are the agreement between you and Code Village Solutions (“we”, “us”) for using Asal Ku. By signing in or using Asal Ku you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Your account
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your sign-in safe, give correct information, and tell us if someone else uses your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
2. What you add
- What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it, only as needed to run Asal Ku for you and the people you choose to share with.
- You promise that you may add it: pictures and details of other people must be ones you are allowed to use. Ask the person (or a parent or guardian for a child) first, and remove it if they ask.
- You are responsible for what you add and for who you share it with.
3. Sharing
Owners and managers can share a tree, invite people and connect people between trees. The people you share with can see what you show them and could copy it. Share only with people you trust, and use the options to show only what is needed.
4. What you must not do
- Add anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone’s rights or privacy.
- Use Asal Ku to find out about or follow people, to impersonate anyone, or to send spam.
- Try to break, overload or get into parts of the service or other people’s trees, or use it to build a product that copies it.
- Share your account with others.
5. Limits and storage
There are size and storage limits for pictures, audio and video, shown in the app. We may change features, limits and prices, and we may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
6. Google
If you bring in pictures from Google Photos or Google Drive, Google’s terms also apply to that use.
7. No promises about accuracy or availability
Asal Ku is provided “as is”. Relationship names, dates in the calendar and the people found in pictures are helpful guides and may be wrong. We try to keep the service running and your data safe but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copy of anything precious.
8. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-opportunity losses, and our total responsibility to you for anything about Asal Ku is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed.
9. Ending
You can stop using Asal Ku at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law, or if we close the service, and we will give notice when we reasonably can.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before an important change applies; using Asal Ku after that means you accept it. These terms follow the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you other rights. Contact: support@codevillagesolutions.com.
